The Taste of Elegance is a signature foodie event, produced by Wine Country Network. This edition pairs award wining craft beers with outstanding culinary creations prepared by 13 Colorado Master Chefs. A professional panel of judges will choose the "Best Chef" and "Most Creative Chef". All attendees will vote for "The People's Choice Chef".

About The Beer:
The 2011 Denver International Beer Competition has received 180 entries from brewers around the world. On April 30 & May 1, 2011 our professional beer judges will select the best of the best!

The Taste of Elegance Chefs Food and Wine Competition is a signature event at The Denver International Wine Festival every November.
But summer is just around the corner. And Food and BEER pairings are now the crave! The new Taste of Elegance Chefs Food & BEER Competition will showcase 20 top winning beers from the 2011 Denver International Beer Competition. Ten of Colorado's most respected master chefs are taking out their knives to compete in this Taste of Elegance.
The result? A delicious evening of 24 delectable culinary pairings with 24 astounding beers. A serious panel of judges will choose the Best Chef and Most Creative Chef, but YOU will also help select The People's Choice Chef. Join us at the Omni Interlocken Resort's beautiful outdoor pavilion for an enchanting evening, kicking off the summer in style!
